You have chosen our Professional package, which provides you with the possibility of your own personalised conference number and your own personalised greeting/welcome message. In order to set up your solution please read through to the following. We now require you to input the following information to aid us in the set up of your new facility:

Step 1: Choosing your Greeting/Welcome message
In the box below please type the welcome message you would like to be played to your participants when they dial into your conference call (ahead of any standard instructions).

If you like to record your own welcome message, then please indicate this in the box above. We will contact you to obtain your audio file. Your own recordings can have a maximum of 50 words or be a maximum of 30 seconds long. We can not guarantee the quality of the playback of your recording.

We have a choice of telephone numbers available ranging from 0844 316 0 000 to 0844 316 9999. Please indicate which telephone number you would prefer

Step 3: Confirming your invoice details.
We will be billing your monthly fees in six monthly intervals with payment in advance. Please provide the relevant details so we can invoice you correctly:

Note on recording storage. We normally keep call recordings stored for 30 days. Experience shows that this is long enough for almost all. However if you need a longer storage period for legal or compliance reasons please outline these in the comments section below
